Barry Lynn, executive director, provides testimony at a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on “Competition Policy for the Twenty-First Century: The Case for Antitrust Reform.”

The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights, chaired by Sen. Amy Klobuchar, held a hearing on antitrust reform.

Barry Lynn, executive director of Open Markets Institute, testified at the hearing and made the case that now is the time for both the Biden Administration and Congress to accelerate all efforts both to battle monopoly, and to rebuild open and competitive markets.
