Writing Law: Minimum Requirements for Enacting Robust Antitrust Legislation

 

In this paper, senior legal analyst Daniel Hanley outlines 25 characteristics that exemplary legislation from Congress should include to effectuate a vigorous antitrust enforcement policy.
